"For too long my life had no meaning. My life just seemed to be a collection of habitual cycles. Behaviors and patterns that I was attached to, but didn't like. They did not represent who I was, but who was I?

It took incurring a traumatic brain injury in 2008 to finally begin to answer that question. As my life unraveled, all of the pieces that I had been missing, I began to be find and slowly I was able to put enough pieces together for a glimpse of the bigger picture...

In that year of utter chaos, living with anterograde amnesia and a severe onset of post traumatic stress disorder, my life as I knew it became utterly and totally unrecogizable. I was homeless, I was in an abusive relationship, I had no support system, and I was in a place that was foreign to me. Just when I had lost all will to live, I began to feel the presence of God's hand moving in my life and slowly began to realize my purpose.

I realized as my story and my healing unfolded, that it was my purpose to transmute my pain and suffering into healing that could be made readily available for others. There is such a deeply pround experience that occurs when one human being delivers a message of experience, strength, and hope to another. And now that I was that Hope, it now became my responsibility to share it.

By sharing my experience and path of healing, it is my intention to not only educate, inspire, and to promote healing, but to also identify causes and search for the solutions to the issues that contribute to modern day slavery and the many other issues that are robbing our world of it's humanity..."
